Join us in our event space during lunch every other Wednesday to decompress and relax your working muscles!
We are so happy to have Cynthia Pisenti as our instructor! Learn about her below:
I fell in love with yoga back in 2001 while attending college, and have been practicing ever since. I attended my 200 hour training with Three Dog Yoga in Santa Rosa, Yoga Anatomy Fundamentals with The Breathing Project in NYC, and am currently pursuing on my 500 hour training.
I will always study this beautiful thing called yoga, however it may come to me. I am continuously surprised by the grace I learn from my practice. Yoga is finding balance and acceptance and loving my body for where it is today, in each moment. It is not about perfection; we are all ongoing students of this practice, offering limitless experience and growth. Yoga has inspired me to live each moment more mindfully, intently, and joyfully.
I gather inspiration from the teachings of Baron Baptiste, the classical practice of Ashtanga, and functional movement training. In my classes I emphasize the importance of breath throughout each movement and proper alignment to avoid injury. My desire is that you, the student, walk out of class feeling strong, capable, invigorated, and smiling. Yoga should be fun, and hopefully you’ll feel a little lighter throughout the rest of your day.
While off the mat I can be found running the hills of Annadel, cooking or watching HGTV with my husband, or snuggling my two young children (who happen to be my greatest teachers).
